  • The Company must be licensed by the Tourism Authority and have been fully operational for at least one year.
  • The company must have suitable office premises with a dedicated working environment and with full communication facilities (telephone, facsimile and e-mail).
  • The Association will delegate members of the Committee to inspect the office premises of the applicant.
  • The Company must reflect a professional image and have qualified staff.
  • All vehicles must be either owned or sub-contracted with valid PSV licences and must bear the colours of the Company.
  • If a company operates as tour operator as well as car rental company, then double the fees are payable.
  • All fees are payable in advance.
